Alan Whitelaw is our Property Director. He is responsible for managing our property portfolio and undertaking transactions at best value, using the Government Covenant to meet client needs, and delivering commercial solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Alan is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Corporate Real Estate. Throughout his career, Alan has led the delivery of real estate strategies for corporate occupier clients, focusing on the development and implementation of relocation and cost reduction strategies, delivering fit-for-purpose property portfolios that provide clients with tangible benefits.

Alan’s breadth and depth of experience in working with public and private sector clients supports us to implement business strategies, as well as workforce and location plans to inform the creation of property portfolio strategies and to assist in delivering solutions for clients.
