Chair - Helen Gillett (interim)
Helen became our interim Chair in September 2025, she joined our Board in April 2023 bringing a wealth of expertise across client and customer service, including leading high-performing teams.
Helen has more than 25 years experience in the IT/Telecoms and Utilities sectors, with in-depth expertise in client and customer service.
Alongside her role on our Board, she is also a Non-executive Director for Orbit Group, one of the largest housing groups in the country and the UK’s leading developer of new homes for affordable and social rent.
An award-winning leader, throughout her career Helen has been actively involved in the development of high-performing, inclusive businesses where staff thrive. She volunteers as a mentor for a number of social mobility and inclusion programmes.
