Dominic is responsible for understanding workforce planning across the Civil Service through a long-term lens.
Dominic (Dom) Brankin is our Strategy Director. He acts as the main interface between the GPA and the Civil Service, understanding workforce planning across the Civil Service through a long-term lens.
Dom has over 30 years experience in the Civil Service. He joined us from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) where he spearheaded the Workplace and Transformation agenda. Prior to this, Dom worked in operations, corporate services and project delivery at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP): leading customer services delivery in Jobcentre Plus regions; covering financial strategy, HR and marketing; and delivering welfare reform through major transformation programmes.
Dom was named in Workplace Leaders Top 50 in 2024.
