We’re here to create great places to work for civil servants.
We currently manage around half of the government’s office estate, working with government departments, agencies and public bodies to deliver the right workspaces for their people.
You can work from buildings where your employer has arranged a desk allocation. You should speak to your Estates team to find out where it is possible for you to work. Your Estates team can contact our Business Development team at business.development@gpa.gov.uk to explore new arrangements and discuss the services we offer.
If you work from a building with a Customer Service Portal you can log in or register to access local information and community forums for your home office. This service is only available across some of our buildings currently.

Using data to drive the best possible customer experience
We’ve partnered with Leesman, a global leader in employee workplace experience analytics, to gather data and insight to inform workplace strategy, workplace design and preparation for occupation.
The data we gather helps us understand what workplace features and services are important to people and whether they consider themselves to work in a more individual or collaborative way.
