Acquisition
Our Property team manages property acquisitions to ensure value for money for the Government across its office and warehouse portfolios. We assess availability and suitability in the civil estate, moving our focus to the wider market if there is insufficient existing civil accommodation in the desired location. We will lead the market search, identification, negotiation, NPC approval (for onboarded clients) and acquisition leasehold or freehold.
Space finding
We will identify space on the Government Estate to your requirements and support you to fill space which is void. We will work closely with you to understand and develop your business and property requirements for each new location.
Space management
We will identify poor space utilisation and make recommendations on ways to optimise this space.
