Commercial Property Director – Neil Richardson

Neil leads the delivery of property acquisitions and disposals, manages value identification, lease events and interactions with the marketplace, funders and developers.

Neil is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Investment Property Forum and the British Council for Offices.  He has significant experience in both public and private sectors, having previously worked for PropCos, corporates and agencies, across UK markets and within EMEA.
