Chief Operating Officer - Lisa Commane
Lisa leads a diverse team of core functional roles enabling us to deliver on our mission of transforming the way property is managed in government.
Lisa is our Chief Operating Officer (COO), joining in October 2023. She is responsible for coordinating the delivery of our ambitious programme and overseeing corporate services, including those teams working across commercial operations, data and technology systems, security, planning and performance, HR and legal as well as marketing and communications.
Before joining us Lisa was the Chief Operating Officer of Ofwat. She has more than 20 years’ experience in public, private and not-for-profit sectors, leading multi-disciplinary teams to be highly performing. Initially trained as an accountant with KPMG, she has a track record in change and continuous improvement in organisations focused on customers and citizens.
Lisa brings commercial, property, leadership and people experience from Ofwat, as well as Coventry City Council – where she led corporate teams and the Council’s change agenda, and from her role as a board member at MHA the UK’s largest charitable provider of care for older people.
