Sustainability Reporting Service
We provide a sustainability reporting service, on a quarterly and annual basis, which includes data collation, processing and distribution.
What sustainability data will we share?
We provide data to our departmental partners on property related sustainability areas such as:
- Energy use including gas, electricity, any district heating use and other energy sources, in kWh.
- Water use, in m3.
- Waste, including recycled waste, general waste (and its disposal route) and food/compost waste. These will be reported in tonnes.
We do not have data on items that we don’t control or procure such as business travel or stationary and paper procured by clients.
When will I receive the data?
We request data from sustainability data providers e.g. Landlords, FM Suppliers and other relevant parties in the first week following the end of the quarter, allowing one month for them to respond.
We time our data request to when most data providers have the information available, for example they have received relevant utility bills. However, on some occasions the data is still not available until mid-month or even later. In these cases we will seek to provide an estimate and still aim to provide your data to the agreed date.
Our sustainability reporting schedule is as follows:
Quarter 1 (April – June)
- Data requested from data providers: First week of July
- Deadline for data collation from data providers: First week of August
- Deadline for data distribution to our clients: Mid-August

Annual report
After the end of the financial year we will also provide a collated set of data for the year, to assist with annual reporting.
We will aim to provide this during May, after Q4 data has been delivered. This data is accompanied by a summary of updates on activities around the key environmental areas such as climate change mitigation, waste and water reduction, environmental impacts from construction, biodiversity and climate change adaptation.
