Working better together to create great places to work, grow and thrive.

Our data-driven, people-led insights are leading to better-informed, strategic decisions about how we manage, maintain and evolve the Government’s office portfolio. We have implemented digital tools to support greater transparency and improve the data we capture and manage, as well as the reporting we provide to you.

If you have taken Portfolio Services you will be supported by a dedicated client manager and have access to the GPA Client Portal, which provides valuable reporting information to keep you informed on the performance of your property portfolio.

As part of our Portfolio Services we provide quarterly and annual sustainability reports for your properties, including information on energy and water use as well as waste and recycling, including category of waste and disposal routes.

Visit our Customers page to access our Customer Service Portal and find out how we’re supporting your people to work happily and productively. From there you can also report a workplace services issue or share feedback through our Helpdesk service.

Our priorities for the year ahead

We are tasked with delivering one of the biggest workplace transformation programmes in the UK, creating a smaller, better, greener office estate to support the work of civil servants. Our business plan sets out our contribution to government missions, Civil Service reform and delivering value for money for the taxpayer, working in partnership with the rest of government.

Our Business Plan 2025/26 focuses on innovation, value and a stronger future people and partnerships. It’s building on the work done so far:

Innovation

The pursuit of innovation to unlock efficiencies across the estate - seeing how space can be better used, providing high-quality working environments for civil servants, and supporting the journey to Net Zero.

Continuous improvement

Continuous improvement remains high on the agenda, improving critical services such as property transactions and billing, enhancing technology, digital and data systems and embracing new ways of working.

Maximise value

Working closely with departmental partners and drawing on the expertise of supply chain partners to maximise value from a sustainable office estate. Driving transformation through Government Hubs and the Whitehall Campus, and delivering high quality workplaces for civil servants.

Stronger future

Building a stronger future as a high performing, collaborative and inclusive organisation, embedding new values and shaping the culture as we move towards a new target operating model.
