Alice leads the strategic direction of some of the UK’s most ambitious property transformations. From designing the ‘Plan for London’ – the largest property consolidation in government history – to managing a £1.2bn spending review bid, her career is defined by transforming complex real estate challenges into strategic opportunities that deliver social value, economic growth, and environmental sustainability.
In previous roles with CBRE, Mitie, and Local Authorities, she has delivered multi-million pound facilities management and property savings while aligning estates with Net Zero and national growth missions; created places and spaces that work for people, including setting regional strategies incorporating the relocated 12,000 Civil Servants to boost regional economies; uses data to drive the ‘art of the possible’; and serves as a NED for an academy trust supporting our next generation in early years education.
