Sam leads the design strategy for the Government’s workplace estate, including the landmark Whitehall Campus. Drawing on over a decade of experience as an architect, he bridges the gap between heritage and modern functionality to deliver inclusive, sustainable and client-focussed environments.
Sam is responsible for ensuring the Government’s property transformation supports a modern Civil Service while driving social value and environmental excellence across the UK.
