The office space has secured our highest-ever BREEAM rating for a refurbished building, with the hub commended for the use of sustainable materials and minimisation of waste during its fit out.

“We now look forward to continuing to drive sustainability and reduce carbon emissions across our portfolio, helping achieve net zero ambitions.”
Part of the Darlington Economic Campus, Feethams House was opened in June 2022 following redevelopment works.
During this refurbishment, 50 per cent of the materials used were sourced from local providers and 100 per cent of waste, equalling 46 tonnes, was diverted from landfills.
