Minor project delivery
Our role
We facilitate moves and changes, space planning and interior design, through fit-outs and refurbishments, including restacks, relocations and minor acquisitions. This includes end-to-end planning of works. Furniture will be procured by us, as well as asset replacements and enhancements, property technology and network provision, where we are the building’s property technology provider.
Your role
You must share a project initiation checklist and issues with our project delivery team in a timely manner, outlining the scope of the project and key outputs. You must ensure any of your own contractors are working in line with our standards.
Service level
We provide timely information pertaining to programme, design, cost, risks, environmental impact and financial management, as agreed on a project specific basis.
Major project and programme delivery
Our role
We oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment, re-stack, and fit-out projects, including those involving heritage buildings in London, and secure delivery of Tier 2 and Tier 3 spaces. We will collaborate with you to define requirements and provide expert space planning and interior design to ensure optimal use of building space, utilising the our Design Guides to drive best practice in workplace design. We also utilise our consultant delivery partner framework to appoint dedicated professionals who assist with the management and assurance of the delivery, and we are able to provide bespoke solutions for property technology and furniture.

The project initiation checklist must be completed by you, outlining project scope and key outputs.
Service level
Reporting will be delivered as agreed in an SLA/SO and according to Capital Projects Portfolio Management Office requirements.
