Touchdown workstation

Touchdown workstations provide flexible, informal desk settings for short-term use by people moving between spaces or visiting the workplace. They support focused individual work and brief periods of collaboration, offering a convenient place to work for part of the day within the team home zone.

Privacy pod

Privacy pods offer enclosed, acoustically private spaces for short periods of focused or confidential work, such as phone calls or virtual meetings. Located within the team home zone, they provide a quiet alternative to the open workplace and are designed for single occupancy, short-term use.

Single occupancy office

Single occupancy offices offer private, enclosed environments for focused work, confidential conversations and meetings with visitors or colleagues. Allocated where there is a clear business need, they are positioned close to the team home zone and designed for comfortable daily use.

Team storage

Team storage provides dedicated space for work-related materials, including business-critical hard copy documents, project files and stationery. Storage is designed to support day-to-day activity and keep work areas organised. Specialist or secure storage needs are considered where required.

Personal storage

Personal storage provides secure, on-floor space for individual belongings, typically in the form of lockers or integrated storage units. Designed for individual use, compartments are lockable, enabling people to store personal items safely and conveniently during the working day.
