The business events centre (BEC) provides a dedicated, high-quality setting for meetings, events and engagement with external stakeholders. It offers a clear, welcoming and professional interface with the building, supporting collaboration, communication and public-facing activity.

The BEC reception provides a welcoming arrival and waiting area for visitors, with an ergonomically designed workstation supporting the day-to-day operation of the business events centre.

Business lounge spaces provide an open, informal environment supporting breakout from formal meetings and conferences, offering a relaxed setting for spontaneous discussion and networking.

Conference rooms (medium 8 to 10 people, large 14 to 16 people, extra large 20 to 24 people) provide enclosed, acoustically protected spaces for planned in-person or hybrid meetings. These bookable rooms support meetings with internal and external participants. Extra large conference rooms provide interconnecting spaces that can be used individually or combined.

Cloakrooms provide storage space for coats and bags for use by staff and visitors accessing the BEC. Storage solutions are typically open fronted with hanging rails and storage compartments.

Green rooms provides quiet, comfortable space within the BEC, where guests or speakers can wait, prepare and relax ahead of high-profile or press events.

BEC refreshment hubs provide space for visitors to gather informally before, during or after events, with facilities for drinks and refreshments.
